The Zhongke Huirun Investment Promotion Gala concluded successfully, marking the start of a new journey for primary healthcare.

2026-01-19

From January 16 to 17, 2026, the Zhongke Huirun “Building Dreams Together, Achieving Win-Win in Medical Devices” investment promotion conference kicked off in Baoding. Nearly a hundred medical professionals and industry partners from across the country gathered here, using domestically produced medical technology as the bond to jointly explore pathways for upgrading primary healthcare and collaboratively draw up a new blueprint for equitable access to healthcare.

Preface to the Meeting

As “bringing high-quality medical resources down to the grassroots” has become a crucial issue in safeguarding people’s livelihoods, and as “the rise of domestically produced medical technologies” has emerged as an inevitable trend in industry development, a grand industry gathering centered on “uniting hearts and pooling strengths to jointly boost primary healthcare” has come to a successful close.

From January 16 to 17, 2026, the Zhongke Huiren “Building Dreams Together, Achieving Win-Win in Medical Devices” investment promotion conference kicked off in Baoding. Nearly a hundred medical professionals and industry partners from across the country gathered here, using domestically produced medical technology as the connecting thread to jointly explore pathways for upgrading primary healthcare and collaboratively draw up a new blueprint for universal access to quality healthcare.

Gather with “heart,” and first honor by “integrating.”

The grand event kicked off with a heartwarming “mutual journey.” Throughout January 16, attendees arrived one after another and completed the check-in process. At the welcome dinner that evening, there were no formal speeches—only candid conversations around the table. Some shared the challenges faced by township hospitals, where “equipment is scarce, but even more so are skills”; others recounted the remarkable turnaround of domestically produced medical devices—from being doubted to earning widespread trust. Amidst the rising aroma of food and lively chatter, the original aspiration of “making high-quality healthcare accessible to all” resonated deeply with everyone present.

Taking “intelligence” as the core, unlocking win-win outcomes.

The agenda for January 17 is the “central hub” of this grand event, with each segment precisely addressing the needs of upgrading primary healthcare:

Exhibition Hall Visit: Technical staff demonstrated the core equipment and solutions. What had originally seemed like “high-end, sophisticated” MRI equipment was transformed, during the explanation, into a practical tool that is “well-suited to the settings of grassroots hospitals, easy to operate, and cost-effective.” In the eyes of the guests, expectations of “feasibility” gradually began to grow.

Keynote Speech: Closing the Loop from Policy to Implementation—An Interpretation of “Policy Empowerment and Healthcare Benefits at the Grassroots Level”: This session will delve into the national strategy of bringing healthcare services down to the grassroots, emphasizing that “upgrading primary-level healthcare is an imperative.” Professor Liu Huaijun’s case study, “Low-Field MRI Technology and Its Applications,” uses real clinical data to demonstrate that “cutting-edge technology can be truly grounded in practice.” Meanwhile, “Applications and Research Cases of MRI in Primary Care Hospitals” directly provides a blueprint for “technology implementation plus operational integration,” making it no longer just a pipe dream to bring MRI into township health centers.

Parallel Fields: The Final Step from “Understanding” to “Holding Hands”

The parallel activities in the afternoon embodied the tangible implementation of “win-win cooperation”: On one side, there was an innovative collaboration and investment matchmaking event for primary healthcare—where prospective clients engaged in one-on-one discussions with the core team, from tailoring collaborative proposals based on specific needs to confirming preliminary intent to sign agreements. Many guests finalized initial cooperation frameworks right on the spot. On the other side, there was a tour and study visit to the Xiong’an New Area—guided by dedicated experts, the guests felt the pulse of this millennium-long grand plan and gained a deeper understanding of the long-term value of “carrying out primary healthcare in Xiong’an.”

The open, conventionally conducted MRI experience paired with one-on-one communication sessions aimed at fostering collaboration allows “technological exploration” and “precise matchmaking” to proceed in parallel: Guests who personally experienced the equipment have become even more confident that “domestically produced equipment can deliver”; and partners who engaged in in-depth discussions have already begun planning the specific timeline for implementation.

The end of one chapter is not the end—it’s the starting point of a new journey.

The ultimate purpose of Zhongke Huirun is to ensure that MRI scans are no longer a privilege reserved for urban areas. By deploying one MRI scanner per village and one per town, we aim to transform every echo from the deep mountains—from helpless sighs into something more meaningful. We strive to make equitable healthcare within reach, right at the doorstep of every ordinary citizen.

As this grand event drew to a close, numerous intentions for collaboration began pouring in. Even more precious was the emerging “consensus”: When domestically produced medical technologies are deployed to grassroots levels, not only can they drive growth in commercial value, but they can also fulfill the vital public-service mission of reducing the incidence of serious illnesses—this, indeed, is the very essence of “win-win cooperation” in the medical-device industry.

In the future, Zhongke Huirun’s “Journey to Empower Primary Care” will continue to expand. We look forward to welcoming more partners with compassionate hearts to join us, using technology as our brush to jointly write a new chapter of “Building Dreams Together.”
